This page explains where Docorix uses artificial intelligence and where it does not.
Where we do not use AI
- Directory listings, CQC ratings and statistics come directly from the Care Quality Commission register. They are not written, scored or altered by AI.
- Rankings such as “top-rated” lists are ordered only by official CQC ratings and inspection dates.
Where we use AI
- The chat assistant uses a third-party AI model to help you find things on the site.
- AI Studio tools use third-party AI models to draft text and build websites from what you enter.
What you should know
- AI output can be wrong. Check it before you rely on it.
- Our AI tools are not medical devices and do not give medical advice.
- Do not enter patient-identifiable or confidential information.
- Text you enter is sent to the AI provider to generate a reply. See our privacy policy.
