Docorix is built from official public registers and statistics. Nothing on a listing is invented. This page lists every source, what we take from it and the credit its licence asks for.

Guides
Each guide names the official NHS, GOV.UK, Care Quality Commission or NHS integrated care board page behind every statement, with the date we read it.
How we use the data
- Every label means what its source means. Another regulator’s grades are never turned into CQC words.
- Where a figure is Docorix’s own calculation from official data, the page says so.
- Listings are refreshed from the registers automatically. A service that leaves a register is taken down.
- Paying never changes a rating or the order of results.
- Something wrong? Tell us and we will check it against the register.
