1. What Docorix is
Docorix is a health and care directory, a source of news and local intelligence, and a set of AI tools (AI Studio). It is an information service. It is not a healthcare provider.
2. Not medical, care or financial advice
- Nothing on the site is medical advice. Always speak to a qualified professional about your health or care. In an emergency call 999.
- Information about paying for care is general guidance for England, not financial advice. Check the official sources we link to and take advice suited to your circumstances.
3. Directory information
- Listings and ratings are taken from the public register of the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Contains CQC data © Care Quality Commission, used under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
- We refresh the data regularly, but a rating or detail may have changed since our last update. Always check the provider’s current CQC report before making a decision.
- Labels such as “NHS”, “Private”, “Charity” and “Council-run”, and descriptions of how a type of service is usually paid for, are derived from the CQC register. They are not statements about what an individual provider charges or accepts. Confirm directly with the provider.
- A listing is not a recommendation or endorsement. “Top-rated” lists are ordered only by official CQC ratings; providers cannot pay to appear in them.
- Docorix is independent and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the CQC or the NHS.
